Another Month Gone By
Oh my, it's been a WHOLE month since I last posted here. Gee wiz, what in the world have I been doing? Living one day at a time, making progress in my life and enjoying my single-hood. My daily routine is pretty much the same, 80% of my time spent sitting in my "butt buddy" (my chair), in front of this laptop. I've shut down my main facebook account where I left 233 so called friends and family behind, without so much as a twinging in my heart, as I clicked on the deactivate my account, link. On my other account, I have 19 folks and I'm gradually pulling a few off the old list, but not many. I'm still doing my talk show, My Talk Show even though funding for paying the broadcasters has ended. I love broadcasting, so me leaving because of no pay wasn't even an option in my mind. They found me broadcasting for free, why would I stop cause the money did? So, now I'm on the hunt to replace the funds that are no longer available to me, but I've always been on the hunt. I am a business minded person, and I knew that it was just a matter of time before the fun part of their project became cloudy and the reality of the situation became crystal clear. Without support from the viewers, there was no way the company could continue to invest in the broadcasters. It was a noble attempt and I am grateful that I was a part of it all.
Well on to my next cash flow opportunities, which I have several. As you know, I am an adviser on a few of the psychic networks, here on the internet. I've been doing this for the past two years. The financial flow that should be occurring, is still more like a trickle, but every little bit helps in the big scheme of things. (I really hate that word, scheme, but I think it's the right word to use). Any way, after two years of sitting in video chat rooms and taking the vile abuse from the trolls that are so miserable, but instead of sitting down, realizing that the very person that they're trolling could direct them out of their misery, only find pleasure in the constant distractions that they create for the ones who are trying to get some help, I've decided to try my hand at, via telephone advising, instead. Although I love the video aspect of the other sites, which ultimately led me to starting my talk show style broadcasts, I welcome the fact that the only people I will encounter on the telephone generated sites are people who are willing to pay for what they need. The first site is the one that I've already had my first call on, after joining just this week, My Office. I was so thrilled and anxious at the same time, but after hearing the callers voice, the only feelings that lingered were, compassion and the will to help. I am so thankful for this journey that has led me to being available to anyone who needs me and who are linked to sites such as this one. The other site, which I have joined, also this past week, is, My Other Office, and although I've known about this one, it wasn't until I got fed up with the video chat sites that I ran to its refuge. Again, the only people that I will have to deal with are those genuinely seeking help AND willing to pay for it.
As always, as a writer, I am also working on written material and am happy to report that the third installment to my "Bibles of Survival" series is complete. These are my wisdom filled books that give you, perhaps, a different perspective on things as you see them, and let's you see the world through The Red Hawk's eyes. All three books can be found at, My Book Store. Well, I believe that's about all I've been up to besides raising the boys and trying to raise the consciousness of those around me, any way that I can. Until I post again, LIVE, LOVE AND LEARN. Peace.

Just One of THEM Days
Well, it's 9:48 a.m. and I've been up since 7:06 a.m. Had to get the 14 year old registered for summer school. I swear, it's ALWAYS something. We get there, and a man comes out and greets us, BEFORE we even made it into the building. Seems the kids need their uniforms on, to enter the building. OMG, here we go, up until I got there, I WAS in a pretty good mood. It doesn't take MUCH to tick me off. I'm like a time-bomb waiting to go off when it comes to aggravating situations, because there's ALWAYS something aggravating me at EVERY turn. Trust, there is a book on this subject waiting to erupt out of my head, I already have the title written down. Anyway, so I get him registered, back home to change clothes and now I'm back home, sitting in my "Butt Buddy", my chair. Called my internet service provider AGAIN, to make sure there is NOTHING they can do to keep me from losing my services for the next two to three days, NOTHING!!! Oh well, there's nothing I can do at the moment, so I'm just gonna ride the tide. There's a lesson here, and I've already learned it, just have to go with the flow until I get to put it to use.
Anyway, I still have service as of now, so thought I'd blog a post just in case ANYONE is wondering what happened to me, why haven't I been posting on my Facebook wall, or WORKING for that matter. I'm gonna take it all in stride because I know that ALL things happen for a reason, the good, the bad AND the ugly. It's how you handle them that counts. I'm gonna sit back and be in chill mode for sure, IF I should get clipped. There's some writing projects that need to be tended to and no internet service will allow me to FINALLY get to them. Sometimes you'll be FORCED to get stuff done and trust, I got plenty that needs to be done. As a writer, I feel like I've taken time for granted, like I got FOREVER to write, when that is NOT true. With all the stories stored inside my head, just sitting there idly to be penned and published to live on forever, I should be ashamed of myself. I have been blessed with ALL forms of communication skills, and writing to me, is the greatest of them all. To be able to convey thoughts and feelings into words that come alive on page after page, is truly a GIFT.
Well, I think this constitutes as a blog post, so I've used my gift today. I guess I will go on and lay it back down, gotta make the best of what could be my last day on the internet for a couple of days. Still gotta make this money while I can, for next month's bill cycle. Things wouldn't be so bad, if I'd known about the discontinued services of my internet provider, but not knowing does not cut it. But now that I do know, I'll be better prepared to handle next month's business. See, things happen for a reason, if I had not called to make payment arrangements, I'd still be in the dark about NOT being able to do it. Anyway, sleep is calling me and I must rejuvenate from this morning's aggravation. Gotta get geared up for possibly MORE aggravation on the horizon. Until next time, live, love, learn. Peace.

My Cheeky
It's not even 8:00 a.m. and I'm up like I didn't just go to bed after 1:00 a.m. What has wakened me up so early? I can only guess it was my new SB (Spiritual Brother), Cheeky, who I've met on my journey as an adviser, life-coach and therapist on one of my online work sites. Cheeky and I have been spending an awful lot of time offering each other spiritual guidance as we're both in a transitional period in our lives. Although he's young enough to be one of my eldest children, the fact that he works for the "Divine" gives him innate wisdom and guidance beyond his years. I woke a little after 7 a.m. and just lay there reflecting on the day before and anticipating what this day could bring. I've had some news that I'm waiting on to materialize into reality, so I'm a little bit on the expectant side. So I'm laying there and my SB, comes to mind, after a while, I'm thinking, hummm, he's on a giant clock leap, (he lives in the UK) I wonder what he's doing, he's probably waiting for me to get up, so we can start our chat. I get up, turn on my computer and what do you know, he's JUST skyped me. The message simply says, "hahahahaha, hey". I respond, "good morning, you watched me laying there, you called out to me, and that's why you laughing." "yep," is his response. It's simply amazing how the mind works. We in the spiritual world can telepathically connect to each other no matter the miles.
I've always known that I was gifted ever since I was a teen. Haven't done it in a while, but I used to be able to "lift myself, out of myself," for lack of a better term. I would lie in bed and will my soul to leave my body. At the time, I didn't think of it as anything big, just knew that I could do it. As an adult, I've not even tried to see if I can still do it, as I'm quite content with the other mental capabilities that come naturally for me as I've began to accept that I do have a direct link to the Divine. The fact that my SB called out to me and I answered by turning on my computer to find a message from him, just minutes before, is proof that there is something mystical going on. As we've spent countless hours getting to know each other over the past few days, it is clear that I am NOT giving myself enough credit in utilizing the gift that I've been given. I've denied, out of self-doubt, that I was indeed psychic and could NOT tell the future when asked to. My SB asked me pointedly, "why do you claim you cannot tell the future, you're always on point to me"? Having another person confirm your spiritual gift to you does wonders for the psychy. Since meeting him, I've had the opportunity to hone my skills as we converse and share our life experiences. We're like long lost buddies who haven't heard from each other in a while. We immediately synced, spiritually, and have given each other what each needed in the form of encouragement, confirmation, insight, enlightenment and whatever else the other needed emotionally and spiritually. It's simply amazing the timing of it all.
Both of us are suffering through a break-up, uncertain of the future of our failed relationships. Even though we come from different sexual orientations, the pain each of us is feeling is identical. Which goes to show, love does not discriminate and neither should we. He feels my pain, I feel his pain, it is the SAME pain. A broken heart does not see color, sex or any other defining factor other than, perhaps, the deafening, silent scream that comes from what feels like your heart having the life squeezed out of it. At any rate, each of us came equipped with what the other needed. I can't help to use the word, AMAZING, to describe the connection. It's also one of Cheeky's words he uses to describe me, as he's become one of my biggest fans on my talk show, The Show, as well. "Hey MY Hawky," he said, before we began what would be the most healing-est week in our lives. "I googled you, and I am now your number one fan," he announced in my chat room, one day. I laughed cause I've heard that before, but after he kept coming to the show and going into the Waiting Room, it was clear that he had become one of my number one fans, foreal. Later, the revelation was revealed why we had been connected. He's a psychic too, thus us meeting in the Waiting Room, but more importantly than our shared purpose in life, we were both dealing with similar emotional crisis' and was able to be a spiritual balm in each others' lives.
Well when I first started this post, I certainly didn't intend to make it about my new friend, but when you value something and appreciate the gift you've been given, I guess you can't help but share it. Anyway, I guess I've honored my new friend enough for one day. He's truly a gift from the Universe, as he's made the last week bearable, to say the least. My Cheeky, I know you're smiling from ear to ear, and the warm feelings have spread from the top of your head to the soles of your feet, which is my gift to you, the gift of knowing how important and special you are to me. Until next time folks, live, love, learn!!!

Monday Musings
It's Monday afternoon, and I've not too long woke up from my very peaceful slumber. My Sunday actually ended in the wee hours of Monday morning, as I tried to wind down from a very busy weekend. I did some major house cleaning and cleaning out of my mental cavity as well. Right now I'm dealing with a break-up, but have managed to stay pretty focused on other important matters, like what I'm supposed to be doing with myself, should the break-up lead to permanent status. Relationships have been a constant in my life since the age of fifteen, so I'm pretty much wired for being a partner to someone. Other than my children, having my total self, to myself has not been something I've desired, but at this point, I might have to consider it as an option.
And not to say that I couldn't build another relationship with someone new, but the thought of starting over, learning someone else, when your mind and soul thought that the last would be your eternal, just seems like too much work, and since I have a boat-load of things that have taken backseat to my love life over the years, I think it only fair to spend some quality time with them, while I yet have a chance. Some of the things, mainly my writing, has always been something that should have been done in the midst of the relationships, but for some strange reason, I never was committed enough to do them at the same time. Now that I'm without a relationship, my writing seems to be tapping my mind daily to get some attention. Blogging is a form of writing, so I'm definitely answering its call.
Anyways, time to get ready for my talk show, don't forget to tune in at, The Show!!! until next time, LIVE, LOVE AND LEARN. Peace.

No Celebration Today
Okay, so it's June 7, 2013, the first time in the past four years that I'm not celebrating an anniversary. Ever since I met the man who immediately became my fiance', we've celebrated the 7th of each month. This year, there won't be a celebration. He's been gone from my home since the 2nd of June. Both of us pretty much got fed up with each other. Our relationship was supposed to last forever, if there was such a thing. He swore he wasn't ever going anywhere. Well as always, his actions outweighed his words. Do I blame him for getting tired of all of the arguing that led up to him leaving, of course not. I'd get tired of it too. But technically speaking, he brought it on himself. I'm a simple lady, settled in my ways and don't ask for much. The problem was, he was not as settled as I thought he was. I was a homebody, when we first met, he hung around me like he was too. We were inseparable. But as time went on, he settled into his hanging out routine, as if he was not in a relationship. He spent more time away from home, in other people's homes, than I could stand. It became unbearable for me after he lost his job. Instead of working harder around the house, while I continued to work my online jobs, he spent time away from home as IF he was still working on someone's job. I'd gripe like nobody's business when he did return, when he was around. I made life a living hell, if I wasn't happy, no one was going to be happy. So that's pretty much what pushed him out the door. He felt I was being unreasonable as he was doing all he could to secure another job. He didn't get it that if you can't contribute financially, you need to be contributing all other kinds of ways to the household. There were plenty of projects he could have started and completed around the home-front, but instead, he ignored what needed to be done and left the scene, I guess, to keep from being depressed.
Anyway, as you can see, it's early in the a.m. and I'm usually still tucked away under the covers. I actually slept on the couch last night. Not sure why, probably because the bed reminds me of us and it's settling in that there might not be an "us" again, so I'm going through the motions of withdrawal. I'll probably go back and lay down for a few more hours, but wanted to kick off my new routine. Gotta keep it moving so I won't get depressed. The weekend is coming and my 16 year old will be home for two days. I'm really excited about that and hope I can pull it together for him. Fourteen year old has had to watch me try to keep it together. He came around he corner and caught me crying the other day in the living room. Two days earlier he asks why am I so sad. He said, "you just went through a whole bunch of stuff with him and now you're free, why are you so sad"? I had to explain to him that love is a process and just like you gradually fall into love, you've got to gradually fall out of love completely and there are going to be sad times even when the best thing was for it to end. I try really hard not to let them see me down. So many count on me being up, so I have to pick and choose when I can let my true emotions flow.
Well, I think this constitutes as a post. I'll leave you all to the rest of your day. Mine doesn't have to start for a while now, so I'll definitely get some more shut eye. Make sure you catch me on the cam around 3:00 p.m. central at one of my spots for the show. The Show Until then, live, love and learn. Peace.

My Cash Flow
I guess since I'm posting, might as well post some new developments as well. Since I launched, Straight Talk with Red Hawk, The Show, my internet based talk show, I've also put together a professional website for my life-coaching services. My Life-Coach site coincides with another new development, New Gig, where you can actually view me live, when I'm on. Between all the online stuff going on, don't forget you can purchase what I call, The Bibles of Survival, and have my wisdom and insight at your figure tips. Well that should be enough to get you back acquainted with yours truly. P.S. Don't forget to like our show's like page on facebook, by clicking Like Page. Until I post again, live, love and learn. Peace.
Uncertain Future
Wow, it's been a little minute since I blogged over here, but that's alright, just means life has been lived. So many things have taken place in my life and if I had a reality show, I'm almost certain, I'd have high ratings. When I sit back and think about all of the events that make up the web of my life, my life could very easily be written into the lines of a soap opera. Some people say they have no life at all, I say I have an excess of life. From one day to the next, you just never know what's going to take place. I have teens, so that says a lot within itself. As of last week, I had a relationship, but not sure where that is right now. All of my adult life, I've been in a relationship, and the thought of being single at such a late age in life has me feeling giddy, as well as sad, at the same time. Sad because this last relationship was supposed to last to the term of marriage and beyond. We gave it four years, but seems like it just fizzled out towards the end. Giddy because I know that being on my own can only open up endless, positive possibilities that I've not been allowed to explore for working diligently on whatever relationship I was in. My mind is focused on the many projects that I've let sit dormant over the years. There are plenty that I've started and they've sat, probably wondering when, oh when, would they see me again. With my mind now free to wrap itself around said projects, I can only hope that no other life crisis pops up to distract me.
The last few days, I've found myself wandering around the house, seemingly "lost and out of place," for a lack of a better phrase. As the reality sets in that I am single, I'm going to have to switch up my routine as well as my mindset. There has almost, always been a we, when it came down to my thoughts. Now, me, myself and I are the new we, that I must focus on. I gotta figure out what we are supposed to be doing now that there is no couple residing under this roof. Each day that I've awakened since the break-up, the next day, I don't even know how I made it thru. But one thing is for certain, life must go on, steps must be made, in order to get past the period of pain. Time will eventually ease the sickening feeling of loss, erase the dull ache deep in my heart, but yet I still have to get to that point. And I'll get there, cause I've been in this place before, many years ago, but for some reason, and I do know the reason, it just feels this time will be far more a greater challenge. But I've been challenged all of my life and made it through each and every one. I believe the fact that it is so late in my life, so past many lessons, that I look at this situation with a sense of knowing.
The knowing comes from wisdom, comes from experience, comes from living. I know that nothing is as it seems, I know that time has a way of flipping the script to the point that you can't possibly know what's really going on. All you can do is wake up each day, live that day out and go on to the next. Right now, I'm half way through the day, haven't even logged on to work, but have taken a shower, written a short story and even penned this blog posting. The house has a totally different feel to it. The kitchen sink is actually empty, the sitting room is clutter free, could this be a sign that my surroundings are reflective of my present state of mind? I've not eaten today, not a big eater when my heart is troubled, but I'll grab something before the night is over. Well, I feel like I've done something purposeful today, even if it's just random ramblings. We'll see what tomorrow brings. Until then, live, love and learn. Peace.
Off Today!!!
Hey ya'll, it's Wednesday and I'm officially off. But that's just from the gig, I'm never off from life. Got some running around to do today and it's cold right now. I look forward to my once a week day off, but know it is also the ONLY day that I can get anything done. Not having my ride has really put a damper on my traveling, but it's also given me the opportunity to exercise on a regular basis. Before, I'd drive everywhere, even up the street and around the corner. Wear and tear on the vehicle, plus unnecessary usage of gas was at an all time high, just because, but once I get it back on the road, you better believe there'll be changes.
Let's see what's on my to-do list, first and foremost have to go check on my 16 year old. I have a scheduled meeting with his teacher to discuss his grades while he's away. She called me last week and said that he's doing great and I knew that he would be, I just wish that he was as focused on the "outside," but know that the scholastic environment in our neighborhood doesn't push excellence, even though it boast of it. I'm really excited for this meeting, not so much to meet his teacher, but to see him. I haven't seen him since before Christmas and since the vehicle isn't readily available, have to use important meetings as visiting hours as well. The first time we went down this road, I was there on every available visit to the point that when his time away was coming to an end, he told me I didn't have to come anymore. I'm like, yeah, right, you're my son, I'll see you as much as I want. This time, he's kinda on his own and I think it's good for him. He's 16, growing into a young adult, and independence and not having mommy there at every turn, is probably helping him mature more than last time. Even the phone calls home don't include me as much. He'll call, I'll ask how was his day, and he'll tell me and then there will be a moment of silence, and then, "Um, can you do that for me?" he'll say next. "That," would be three way-ing his girlfriend and I'll put down the phone after hearing her say, hello, and walk away, letting them talk until his phone time is over. I don't mind that he doesn't want to talk to me for too long, just as long as his day has gone good, I'm satisfied.
Once I get home, I'll prepare for my online guest spot on a friend's internet radio station. Having my own talk show has made me sort of a celebrity and I am thrilled that he wants to include me on his show. I'm really excited to see what the show brings today. I'll be able to be a little bit more relaxed than the first time I was on. I did his show, while on my live show and let's just say, that, I was on pins and needles cause I know how crunk he can get and that includes language not acceptable on my own site. It was cool though, cause we still had fun and once I told him that I'd rather do his show when I'm not on my show, so I can "let my hair down," he was like, "bet". So who knows how much laughter we will unleash as I let Red Hawk do her thang, cause folks are used to her keeping it real at any cost. Not sure how long I'll be on this time, but know that after I'm done, the rest of my day will consist of folding clothes and doing dishes and preparing dinner for the family. Fiance' is off today, and not sure if we'll have movie night or not, but as long as I've got my computer and the internet, I'll probably be working on something as the day comes to an end.
Well, I'm looking at the old clock on the wall, and I think I have a pretty good post for the day. Gotta get ready to meet the cold weather and see what the outside world has in store for me today. Can't be too sure with all the crime that's going on, I just pray I get out and make it back into my peaceful haven. Until the next time I write, peace, love and light.

The Sweet Smell of Success
Hey ya'll, I decided that I would post again. You know how addicted to blogging I was when I first started and who knows, I might get addicted again. So here goes...well by now you've all read about my talk show that has found a new home at, My Gig. Words can't even begin to express how happy I am for this new development. Not only do I get to practically roll out of bed, into work, I am fulfilling my life's purpose and guess what, I never even picked up the book, Purpose Driven Life. I don't even know who wrote it, but I do know that years ago, everyone and their deceased kin folk were grabbing the copies off of shelves AND having all kinds of "purpose driven" book parties and so on. See that's the thing about me, I don't jump on board everyone's ship, just because I think it's going my way. I've pretty much been a loner all my life except for the few, dear friends that I met when I was younger and we still hold a special bond, even though we don't get together much. Years can go by and if we should physically connect, we pick right back up where we left off. But other than them, I've learned to pretty much keep my nose to my grind and let folks do them and hopefully they let me do me. But that's getting off topic, which is easy to do with a person who is Tri-polar. You'll have to read back some ways, I think I already posted on that subject.
Okay, where were we, oh yea, talking about me fulfilling my purpose. Yep, that's where we were. So right now, six days a week, I climb in my "butt buddy," my chair, and sit for six hours with a one hour break between each three hours and yap to my heart's delight. Today, I added coffee to my routine and let's just say that my "motor mouth" was working over-time. But that's a good thing, because for what I do, there can't ever be a dull moment. It is my job to keep my audience entertained so that not only will they hang around for that particular day, but that they will keep coming back, making me a part of their lives, just like any other form of entertainment. My channel has been called, Trish TV, by some and I think that has a nice lil ring to it. I really should put a disclaimer somewhere because watching me is very addicting. I don't know what it is, besides maybe the fact that some find me rather strange, (oh, it's okay, I accept all labels that I agree with), and just can't wait to see what I'm going to do next. But anywho, like I was saying, I couldn't be happier with the way that my life is today. Of course it could be better, but it certainly isn't as worse as it used to be.
Things finally appear to be running smoothly down the track, and I'm not sure where we're headed, but know it's a better place than where we've been. The year, 2013, is turning out to be quite some year already. I can only imagine if it keeps it's current pattern, how things will be. They say trouble don't last always and it seems as if I can finally breath a sigh of relief as things are coming together, day by day. Every day there's something new, something exciting to get happy about. The smile that's almost constantly on my face, seems to shine a little brighter as I look back at myself each day on camera. It's funny, I never looked at myself this much in my life, even as a hot to trot teenager, well, at least I can't recall. What I see, I love, because I've finally become comfortable and confident in the skin I'm in. Could it be because I'm walking down the path that was set before me, so long ago, and all I had to do is keep going, no matter how tired I got, no matter how disappointed I became, no matter how frustrating things were and no matter how many tears of desperation I cried? Who knows, but one thing's for sure, my star is rising and it's shinning brighter and brighter as the days go by.

I Made It!!!
Wow, it's been way too long. We've come into another year and I'm just now getting around to blogging my first post of the year. But never fear, this one is packed with good news. I'm actually writing it while on my online talk show that has taken off like wild fire. Yes, your girl has secured a spot on an online site that gives each broadcaster the opportunity to become a star. After being in front of a web cam for almost two years now, once this opportunity presented itself, I was more than ready to jump into the spotlight. I've just started my fifth week on the site and have already made a claim of being one of the top stars of the site. I dubbed myself, Queen Motor Mouth of Mondo, which others hurriedly agree with. It's no secret that my mouth can go a mile a minute and it's a good thing. My channel is the most like a real talk show and my viewers are never left wondering if today's show will deliver. I don't have any scripts or anything like that. I just get on each day, knowing that the work that I do through my advising, life-coaching and motivational speaking will touch my viewers.
So many people are emotionally and mentally broken and sometimes they just need to know that someone else has made it through a similar experience as they are in. At 45, I've been through quite a few trials and tribulations and don't mind sharing, as I believe that it's my purpose to help guide others out of distressful situations. It's like I 'm a beacon of hope and the strength that I possess seems to transfer to my viewers as I share my wisdom with them. I have about six loyal viewers to date and that number is gradually increasing as I get more exposure on the site. My channel is not for everyone. A lot of people are not ready for the big step that it takes to walk onto a more fulfilling path. They are still trying to make something happen out of what they are familiar with. They're basically spinning their wheels in the muddy mess they've found themselves in, hoping and praying that things will change. I direct them to look at their situation, face reality and decide what to do next.
My own online talk show has also lead me onto other talk shows as well. I've done two internet radio interviews and I've been asked to participate as a weekly guest speaker on one of the talk shows, Thursday Spot. One thing leads to another, and I knew that one day all of my hard work and dedication to the one thing that is my passion would pay off. What started out as a dream, that lead to me practicing it as a hobby, has now become my bread and butter. Things can only get better from this point on as I continue walking on my pre-destined path. You can catch me everyday except Wednesdays at My Gig, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central.

Straight Talk with Red Hawk
Theme Music For Straight Talk with Red Hawk
Okay, so by now, if you've been reading my blogs, you know that I have been working on quite a few things since last year. Besides working on more writing material, I've been working on getting my talk show off the ground. Being an advisor on a psychic video chat site has enabled me to develop a following, as well as build my confidence to do what I do naturally and that is advise. With that said, the birth of my talk show, Straight Talk with Red Hawk is soon approaching. Nine months of being in front of the world on a site that brings out some of the worst people in the world has developed the thick skin needed to be in front of the camera for all of the world to see. But being in front of the camera is not for me, it's for the thousands of hurting people who have been led to my room since March 22, 2011.
Working on that particular site has it's drawbacks though. For one, no matter how rude a visitor is, the rule is that I can't be rude back. Are you serious, me not give them back what they need when they come at me sideways is not in my character. I must admit that when I first started working there, some would come to see what kind of can of whoop ass I was going to open up on anyone who disrespected me. After all, I'm trying to save the world in the little time that we have left and you wanna come up in my peaceful room and cause a disturbance??? But over time, I learned to just verbally spank them with the truth or attention that they were looking for and send them on their way. Which brings us to nine months later and even though the site has calmed down considerably, I believe it is my time to move on to greener pastures, well, at least explore other avenues of doing what I do without the threat of people who obviously delight in misery coming in, interrupting my flow and trying to keep the people who genuinely need my assistance from getting what they need.
Straight Talk with Red Hawk has been developing in my mind for quite some time. It has always been my desire to help as many people at one time while fulfilling my life's destiny of being a motivational speaker and talk show host. I do it nightly, and am now looking for the right platform to do so. I love the space that I am at now, but there are restrictions and a person like me, with so much to achieve in so little time, does not need restrictions when it comes to living out my life's mission. For what I do there, the financial gain is limited. I'd love to have a night where everyone who needs what I have is willing and able to pay for my services as they should. When I have to spend five minutes on one of my impromptu commercials telling them they NEED and SHOULD take me private, is irritating to say the least.
So as I'm developing my talk show format, I'm also looking for sponsorship. Nope, nothing major, just people who are willing and able to pay for the time that they spend in my room, getting fat and full off of my wisdom and entertained by my energetic presence. I know I was born to do what I am doing, and therefore now that I'm on my chosen path, it's time to put money to my time. I've been compared to Ms. O, Dr. Phil and even Wendy Williams, if that's the case, I need a handful of what they're making, doing what they're doing.
Sponsorship for my show can be simply put into my paypal account at makindineros@yahoo.com. I'm not going to tell you how much to send, that's on how much you feel my time is worth to you. For the amount of time I spend trying to get my due at my present site, I'd rather not even bring up finances, as I think it's more important to stay on topic with healing the hurting spirits that come into my room daily. Once I find my new digs and set up a schedule, I'll be sure to update my followers as to where they can find me, until then, continue to check me out at Present Home of Straight Talk with Red Hawk.

Ram in the Bush
All who know me, know that I am a very spiritual person. I didn't say that I was a "shoe-in" to Heaven, I said that I am a VERY spiritual person. With that said, let me begin my post. As a spiritual person, I believe that everything happens for a reason and that when one door closes, another one HAS to open, it just does. Case in point, today, was expecting money from a source, an unreliable source, but a source nonetheless. As fate would have it, when I need money the most, it is not available. Before disappointment took root and ruined my day, I reminded myself that this money is NOT promised, therefore I can not and should not ever depend on it to save the day. After calming my spirit, I set back on my quest of making something else MORE reliable happen to spring forth some kind of cash flow. Let me tell you that with everything that I have going on, as long as there is a trickle of cash, I have something to work with. I live on bare necessities at this point, so no real need for millions just yet. So I am truly grateful to have two pennies to rub together at the end of the day. Two pennies plus two pennies equal four pennies and so on.
Getting back to the topic, Ram in the Bush...after getting back onto my computer and checking my emails, there awaiting me was an unexpected email that I was sure to see in about four more days, but was staring me right in the face TODAY!!! My ram in the bush was here. As relief flooded over me, knowing that I didn't have to go the entire weekend without accomplishing some of my financial obligations, I thanked God for seeing me through. Days like this I am trying to alleviate from my life. I've claimed 2012 as my year of "getting out of this hell," the hell of lack. I wanna have enough cash flowing that I can take care of all of my bills, which aren't many, I wanna have enough cash flowing so that I can take advantage of things on sale when I want them, not necessarily when I NEED them and they are NOT on sale, I just wanna live comfortably without wondering who, what and where, my next stream of cash is coming from.
I think I have a pretty good supply of streams, just need to get the CONTINUOUS flow going. I mean, I appreciate the trickles, but would really love to see what it feels like to live in abundance as opposed to constant lack. I'm doing my best to create that which I seek and believe that in due time, before I know it, my monsoon of cash will overtake me and these days of lack will be no more.

Trisha's Treasures: Gems of Inspiration
Shameless promotion this year is the only way that I see me reaching the people who are going to become supporters of my work as well as followers of my brand. Not sure where we're going, but want to invite those whose eyes have found themselves reading these words to get on the train to glory. They say every journey has to start somewhere and well, mine starts here. If this is your first time meeting my words, then you are in the middle of my success story. I've been on this journey for quite some time, nineteen years to be exact. I wrote my first book when I was twenty-five years old and if Ms. Winfrey had given me a chance like she did that bogus story writer, who knows where I would be today. But since she didn't, I've had to crawl my way at a snails pace, year after year, project after project, hope after hope, to this very day. In the midst of me raising my four children, two of whom I'm still TRYING to raise, I've planted all kinds of creative seeds within my own garden of success. I must say that I've tried all kinds of endeavors to get to my mountain top. After leaving a job that I worked at for thirteen years, I started my own mobile spa service. That endeavor was made possible by me becoming a product seller for a wellness company. You can say that I'm an opportunist at best, always looking for the opportunity to make something new and exciting and LUCRATIVE happen. My spa service was a great way for me to meet new people and provide a service that many felt was more of a luxury than anything. But that's probably because they didn't understand the importance of self-love and enjoying the blessing of someone catering to their poor, tired feet and spirit and so that business didn't last too long. I also think it was because of my location. Had I been in California or even Florida, I believe I would have had more feet than I could ever imagine on my client list.
But that was many moons ago and now I'm just concentrating on my creative seeds by spreading words of wisdom through my writing and speaking endeavors. I'm on book number three with several more beating on my mind to escape from brain to paper, daily. Which brings us to the title of this post, Trisha's Treasures: Gems of Inspiration. This book took me over four years to complete. It started out as a few one-liners to be used as bumper stickers or t-shirt slogans, but as they grew daily, I decided to turn them into a book. The title was the last thing that came to me. Trisha's Treasures: Gems of Inspiration is full of lil nuggets of thought-provoking words that, if applied to our daily lives, could turn each of us into productive AND positive people. Not to say that you're not already that, but there is a whole group of people who could benefit from browsing the pages and getting a dose of what I'd like to call, "think right". So perhaps YOU don't need this book, but feel there is someone in your life who could benefit from some "gems" in their life, go on and purchase a copy for them. It will be the best form of charity you do this year. Once they open the pages, they won't be able to put it down and once they do put it down, they'll pick it up over and over again. Why??? Because it's anointed.
Today I Cried
Yep, today I cried. I don't cry that often; I'm too strong for that. But I wasn't always THIS strong, so over the years, from birth to about three years ago, I'd say I've cried an ocean of tears for some reason or another. For the most part, I've not had a reason to cry. Well I have, but what good would crying do, it wouldn't help the situations that I've been dealing with, so why waste the energy? But today I cried. I let a multitude of years gone by worth of disappointment, confusion and frustration pour out of my eyes in the form of tears, as my throat threw up pitiful sounds of heart wrenching moans that only God could possibly understand. I sobbed uncontrollably as my fiance', who had made the mistake of showing disappointment the night before in regards to what he thought I had prepared for dinner and finding out it wasn't what he thought it was, tried to console me. Too late for consolation. It was his innocent act of disappointment that triggered my crying session as he tried to explain his attitude from the previous night and apologize for upsetting me.
Although 2011 was a great year in regards to me fulfilling some of my goals, it was also plagued with things that I never thought I'd have to go through. Never say never, huh??? Too draining to elaborate, I'll just say that my relationship with my daughter is strained, my fiance' and I were separated for three months due to his past, my son got caught up with some bad kids and is away from home until he can prove his innocence, my finances are STILL lacking despite my feverish attempts to change that daily, are among the top things that I've been dealing with. And on top of all of those things, right before the New Year arrived, some crazy, drug induced fool attempting to smash in one of God's great creations; my face, by throwing a brick, like a fast ball at Cardinal Stadium, at my windshield, passenger side, as we made our way down to an exclusive event celebrating my fiance's cousin's birthday. Not wanting to miss the evening we had been waiting for, I coaxed my dear into handling his "business" after the evening was over. As luck or fate would have it, he was able to take out the money for the new window on the guy's entire outer shell, satisfying us for the moment.
I must say that crying did not change anything that I am dealing with, but the release, although leaving my eyes looking like those of a newborn, naked mole rat once I finally woke back up, has lightened my spirit. I think about that song where it says, "let her cry cause she's a laaaaadddddaaaaayyyyy" and I remember that it's okay for me to cry when I need to. Holding tears back cause I think it's weak was something that I never thought while growing up. I cried about everything. Not that I'm going to begin crying again about EVERYTHING, but this cry that I cried today, felt great. It made me feel human again, instead of like a superwomanish robot. I'm a lady, it's okay to cry, it doesn't mean I'm weak, just means I have emotions and tears are a tool of release. Let yours flow as well.

Nine Months and Counting (Re-post)
Okay, so it's like the 5th day of the New Year and I've decided to start blogging again. I won't say that I had writer's block as much as I will say that I just didn't want to write about what was going on in my life these months that I've been M.I.A. Whhhaatttttt??? I hear you asking in your head. How can the most wordiest person I've read not want to write about what's going on in her life? How can she not want to write, she writes about EVERYTHING??? Well, I don't know, it just happened. One day I woke up and my will to write about my life had lost it's will. But today, the 5th day of the New Year, it has returned. So here goes.
The title of this post is "NINE MONTHS AND COUNTING". I'm thinking that perhaps it's been that long since I last wrote. I'll do the math later, but anyway, nine months ago I started working on an online psychic video chatline. PSYCHICCCCCC??? I hear you again. Yes, psychic. I found the work through a friend who I'd met on one of the MANY networking sites that I've subscribed to over the past umpteenth years. This person was starting her own website and was looking for workers. I let her know that I didn't consider myself a psychic as much as I considered myself a GREAT advisor on life in general. Well I sent her a page of samples of advice that I had given over the years on various networking sites and she thought I was excellent for her site, despite me not claiming to be a psychic perse'. Her site never really got off the ground and it's unfortunate because she was willing to pay me top dollar a minute for my expertise.
Even though her site never took off, she was linked to other sites as well and recommended that I apply to one that she was also affiliated with. I applied the day I received her email and started working that very same day. That date was March 22nd of last year and I've been working there ever since. I'll say that the journey has not been an easy one although I LOVE what I am doing there. When I first started I was basically trying to fit in as a "regular" person amongst those who proudly said that they could see into one's future. I wasn't concerned about any one's future because I wanted to concentrate on what was going on in there lives at the present time, to get to a better future. In my mind, why worry about your future if you're not willing to deal with your present? Your future is based on your present and how you're dealing with that, is what I thought.
When I said it has not been an easy journey, let me elaborate. It's VERY easy for me to sit in front of my webcam and speak, as though I'm getting paid like Oprah, to the many unhappy and confused individuals that find their way into my room and actually stay for what I have to offer. Most visitors who find their way onto our site are looking for quick answers as to what the future holds for them. I make it a point to tell my roomies that tomorrow holds nothing for you if you don't wake up. Why worry about a day that might not come. Now today, what's going on??? The thing that I do NOT like about my work is the fact that although I come out the gate yearning to help the lost souls, the lost souls aren't willing to do their part in making our interaction a win/win situation. See, I am supposed to get paid for my services. I feel that my room is one of the rooms a person can enter and get instant help without spending a penny. But is that fair to me? The basis for the site is for people to come and get the answers or help that they need and leave something for the person who has done them that service. But since I run my room more like a talk/empowerment show, they are getting something for nothing.
I love helping people, which is sort of a fault because I'm going to help regardless if anyone pays. I live to get on that camera and speak til my heart hurts to help save the wounded hearts that sit for hours and some past normal sleeping hours for the sane. I've become the new drug instead of the drugs that I'm sometimes accused of being on. Oh, yeah, that's what I was saying about the not easy journey on my job. My room is a public room, people from ALL walks of life can come in. Some are so miserable that they only come to the site to cause disruption, these people are called trolls. In the beginning the trolls came in like released imps from hell and reeked havoc on the rooms that they entered. In the beginning I wasn't as composed as I am now and would GLADLY and BRUTALLY go tit for tat with the evvviiillllll doers as I called them. They would hurl horrible insults at me, accuse me of being on some kind of drug because of my BIG BEAUTIFUL INSIGHTFUL EYES..."hey crack queen" they would type. Man, thinking back on those days, only the strong could have survived and guess what, I am VERY strong that is why I have been there for nine months and counting.
Anywho, I guess I should go on and tell you the site that I work at so you can come on over and visit me sometimes. My direct link is www.oranum.com/psychics/mi3cents. Once you click onto this link make sure you check the box to be alerted when I am online. I don't keep a schedule because my life is so unpredictable, but you'll be one of the first to know when I do come online by way of email notification. In my absence make sure that you read my profile so that you will know exactly what it is that I do here and how I can assist you in your struggle to find clarity within the confines of your being. I will warn you, I still have to get jiggy with a few rude visitors, but for the most part, when I'm on, it will be the most inspirational/motivational/empowering/captivating time you have spent in such a room; at least that's what they tell me. : )

A Month of Sundays
Oh, me, oh my, I can't believe it has actually been a month since I last posted, but seeing as how I have been very busy trying to secure a solid income for my family, while going to school and writing books, I guess something had to suffer. Well, I decided that today I would post. So much has happened since the last time that I posted, that I don't even know where to begin. I'll start with the positive stuff. Let's see, oh, yeah, Fourteen Year Old is now breaking state records running track for his school. The boy is a beast on the tracks and if someone had not stolen my digital camera, (oopsie, I'm getting ahead of myself and want to stay positive for a minute), I'd have pictures and videos to prove it. Anyway, like I was saying, the boy is BAD, in all caps. To see him run way ahead of the pack is like watching a run-a-way stallion in an open field, and don't let the other racers think they have an edge when one of his teammates who aren't as fast as he gets a little behind and it's his turn to take the baton. Whoa, Nelly, that boy closes the gap and ensures a victory at the finish line. Okay, okay, I'm starting to sound like a proud momma, let me move on to something else.
As I stated earlier, I have been busy securing a solid income so that I can continue being able to be a stay-at-home mom. I won't say that what I have found is solid, but it sure has potential to be solid if everyone cooperates. See, I have been working as an advisor on an Internet psychic video and chat site. Yes, you heard me, I have been working as an advisor on an Internet psychic video and chat site. In my quest for finding a work at home job, I "stumbled" upon this by visiting a work at home mom site. I'm a great networker, so getting the word out about my desire to counsel people through telephone services led to this opportunity. I've been working the site for a little over a month and can honestly say that it is rewarding. I've always been good at advising people and even though the site is for psychics, I still have my place. I don't advertise myself as a psychic, but I do have psychic abilities that spring forth when I am at my best. What I do share on the site is my innate wisdom and let's just say, there are a lot of people who can use my services. I run my free chat room like it's a talk show. I love it and for the most part, the people love me, too. Although the site is not free, I get paid $1.99 per minute for a private chat, I give so much free advice during my rants that most just sit and watch as if they are watching Dr. Phil.
Well, that's about it for the good news, I guess I'll head into the bad. On the day of Fourteen Year Old's first track meet, someone kicked in my back door and stole my beloved computer. Yep, my beloved computer, and mind you, they didn't take any of the attachments like my web cam and Internet connection. Funny thing is, they didn't even take the power cord. What they did get away with along with my computer was my digital camera, but after the battery runs low, they won't be able to do a damn thing with it, unless they get a replacement cord. I don't know who did this despicable thing, but they weren't very bright. After the police left, I sat down and prayed to the heavens. I asked God to fill the person with so much guilt that they would have no choice but to bring me my beloved computer back. I wasn't too worried about the camera because it could be replaced faster than the computer, which has become a part of my life. You know I go to school online as well as work now, so it is a very important part of my existence. Well I don't know about you, but I do believe in the power of prayer as well as miracles, so when I had to go around and knock on the boys' bedroom window in order to get back into the house after dropping my oldest son off at home, I wasn't too surprised to find my computer patiently waiting for me to retrieve it from my deck's floor. Yep, whoever had stolen it from it's resting place in my bedroom, had left it for someone to find, out on my back porch. Thankfully I had to knock on the boys' window that very same night or the elements would have ruined it the next day, as it had rained.
Well, I think I have done enough catching up. Oh, I forgot to mention that I flunked my two classes last semester and have to take them over. It's okay though because I know that everything happens for a reason and seeing as now I have some sort of "stable" income, I can now concentrate on studying and putting in the hours to make some cash at the same time. Hopefully it won't take me a month to get back to you, but just in case it does, I wish nothing but continued happiness and progress in your lives, as I continuously forge ahead in my quest for finding balance and peace in a sometimes hectic world. Until next time...live your life by loving yourself.

Welcome Wednesdays
Today, I'm hopping along with some great blogs and would like to invite you all to check them out as well. Come join the hop, starting out over at http://takeitfrom-me.blogspot.com/. Hope to see you hopping around. Until then..."Live your life by loving yourself."
Triple Threat
Wow, it's hard to believe, but not really, that I am now the author of three books, yes, three books. It's funny cause Twelve Year Old (Eleven Year Old had a birthday in my absencee) was like, when did you write this book? He was talking about my second book of poetry, Fed Up Woman. Actually that book was written a long time ago and it just took me a while to sit down and organize it to the point that it was ready for publication. Most of the poems are over fifteen or more years old, but it's funny how some of them could have been written just yesterday.
It's amazing what you can accomplish if you just commit to doing it. I don't know how many other books I have inside of me waiting to get out, but I do know that I've started several other ones that just need for me to commit to finishing and then my collection of finished products will have grown and before I know it, I'll be looking at more books than I ever imagined I'd be writing. So now that I have three books in publication, I guess the next thing to do is start marketing, so here goes. If anyone is interested in purchasing a copy of any one of my books, please feel free to notify me and I'll give you the details on how to purchase them. I know I really need a team of experts who know how to market properly, but for the time being, hopefully that will do. Until next time..."Live your life by loving yourself."
